When can I get xPitch?

xPitch is coming to the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Email us or follow @xpitch_app on Instagram and we'll tell you the day it's out.

Who is it for?

Parents, coaches and players in grassroots and academy football. It covers goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and attackers, from 5v5 up to 11v11.

What is xG?

Expected goals (xG) is how likely a shot is to score, based on where it was taken. xGOT (post-shot xG) also uses where the shot went in the goal. Goals prevented is xGOT minus goals conceded: above zero means your keeper did better than an average keeper would.

Do I need an account or Wi-Fi?

No. xPitch works fully offline and saves everything on your phone. There's no sign-up.

Can I track more than one player or team?

Yes. Add a squad of players, each with a position, and as many teams as they play for. Pick who you're following on the day.

What happens to my data if I change phone?

Tap Back up to save a backup file, then Restore it on the new phone. Your matches, players and badges all come across.
